I've always loved fashion…
I thought Mum had the biggest wardrobe full with amazing pieces and I would get lost in trying them on.
Growing up in NZ, we didn’t wear a school uniform to Primary School. Each morning I would love choosing my outfit of the day. My favourite was a dress with a white cotton top and a tartan skirt…add the boots and I was off!
More on my story this way ↓
In my early teens, I would design dresses, and sometimes attempt to sew them…
I’d scour Mum’s clothing catalogues and tag pages with my favourite outfits. I would cut the pictures out and put outfits together.
At university, I’d make my own clothes with fabric that I loved. I’d play on the current fashion and make unique pieces that worked for me.
Now, it’s about confidence. Dressing for my body shape and not blindly following the trends. Building a wardrobe that I know has colours that work for my skin tone. A wardrobe space that is organised and easy to navigate. Knowing what I actually have and how to put the pieces together to feel my absolute best.
I’d love to connect…
